Mystery shopping across Ireland

Our Belfast Office, MRNI Research, has once again been commissioned by the Maxol group to conduct their annual mystery shopping exercise across the whole of Ireland marking the continuation of a long relationship between the two companies. This is the 4th year we will be undertaking this on an all Ireland basis having provided the same service for Maxol’s Northern Ireland outlets for the previous 10 years. The Maxol brand is one of the most familiar and recognized brands in Ireland thanks to a network of over 200 distinctive blue and yellow branded service stations and 45 oil distributors with their fleets of blue and yellow painted vehicles. Speed is the key to delivering this service as each outlet visited has to get quick feedback to allow them to identify areas for improvement leading to their performance in the Maxol Dealer Awards. To achieve this, mystery shoppers upload their results direct to our server on line within 24 hours of each the visit and we then transfer the results onto Maxol’s bespoke database
